Shopping at s o u l c h i c
Once you have completed shopping, checking out is simple. You may view the
item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking on “shopping cart” button on the top
right hand corner of the website or click “add to shopping cart”. When you are
viewing the item(s) in your shopping cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart
and then click “QTY” to recalculate the modified order. You may also remove item(s)
by clicking on “remove.” However, you may instead want to consider saving the items
to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can
later be moved back to your shopping cart, or you can send copies of your wish list
to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note, items added to your
wish list do not ensure later availability.
Once you are all ready to check out with the item(s) in your shopping cart, click on
“checkout” button. Following that, if you have not registered with us before, you will
need to click on “new user” to sign up for a new account. If you are a registered user,
simply log on using your username and password that you created for that account.
If you have never purchase from us before, once you are logged on, please proceed to fill
in the necessary shipping and billing information and click on “continue” button to proceed
to the next step. If you are a repeated shopper, welcome back to our website. Do take some
time to check for any missing or incorrect details such as mailing address before clicking
on “continue” button.
At the end of the checkout process, you should receive an order processing email from us.
We will also send you a delivery confirmation email on the day we send out your parcel.
You can track your order by logging into your account tab.
If you are a local customer choosing payment via ATM transfer, kindly proceed to make payment
within 24 hours. Let us know your Order ID via email or our customer care hotline. We will
send out your parcel on the next working day.
How do you change your email preferences or account information?
1. Log in to your account by clicking on the "My Account" located in the top navigation bar
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click on the "Continue" button
4. You will now be logged into your account
5. Click on the "Edit" button located next to section you wish to edit
6. Update your new information
7. Click on the "Make Changes" button
If you forget your password?
If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. If you would like
to do that now, please follow the instructions below:
• Click on My Account located in the top navigation bar.
• Directly under the password field is a link that says "Help, I forgot my password."
• You will be taken to the password screen, where you will be prompted to enter in your email address
• Type your email address and click the "Get Your Password."
• We will send an email with a temporary password. For security purposes, your original password will be reset by our system.
• Go back to the homepage s o u l c h i c and continue to shop
• When you're ready to proceed to check out, enter your email address and your new temporary password.
• You can change your temporary password by clicking on "edit" under My Account
To protect your security, s o u l c h i c will automatically delete any saved credit card information if
your password is changed. Simply re-enter any credit card information you wish to store the next time you shop with us.
Please note: your password is case-sensitive.
Which credit cards do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank via our outsourced payment gateway under ipay88. All transaction charges are fully
absorbed by our company to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. For international shoppers, please note that the
actual price charged will be subjected to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.
For Malaysia shoppers, we accept payment via Internet Banking through our Direct transfer to Mayabank2U or ATM
Transfer within 24 hours upon checkout. For Customer who do not have Maybank account, you can transfer any bank
listed (CIMB click, RHB online, Alliance online, AM bank online or through our payment gateway provider under
Ipay88). Orders will be regarded as void if payment is not received within this time period. Please take note
of our registered corporate account details to proceed with the monetary transfer.

How can you track your order?
After purchased we will provide a tracking no. and you can trace your parcel through www.pos.com.my .
Click on view my orders to view all your past purchase OR check my order status to track your parcel.
How can you modify your order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order
including cancellations.
Can you change an existing order?
We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible. Due to this automation,
we are unable to make changes to an order after the order has been placed.
Can you cancel an existing order?
An order can be cancelled if it is in Pending status. Orders that are processing or shipped (fulfilled) cannot
be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, please email to customerservice@soul-chic.com
Can you re-route your shipped package to another shipping address?
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. If our
shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to
our office and processed as a return.

s o u l c h i c makes every effort possible to bring in sufficient stocks for every design
however; our items do get sold out occasionally. In the event you have ordered an out-of-stock
item on the website, we will notify you via e-mail and resolve the changes accordingly.
Do we provide more information about our product?
We try our best to publish as much information as we can about our products in terms of their
measurements, a detailed description with fabric and material type and most importantly, a
wide array of images for you to aid your shopping process. However, if you have additional

Shipping & Handling
s o u l c h i c parcels are fully handled by Malaysia Post Office (Pos Laju). Orders placed
and paid on Monday – Friday before 10am GMT +8 will begin processing that day, excluding
public holidays and usually ship out on the same day. All orders placed and paid after
10am GMT +8 from Monday – Friday will begin processing the next working day, excluding
public holidays. s o u l c h i c will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise
you have selected is not currently in stock.
Please take note that we do not provide Saturday delivery service and the delivery time
does not include weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates to be notify upon check out depending on the delivery address. Just as a
guide, shipping rates starts from RM 6 within Peninsula Malaysia.

Shipping Method Disclosure
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped locally and internationally will be pass
to you upon our delivery to the carrier. s o u l c h i c will not be held liable for
